At Khaarido, customer satisfaction is our priority. This Refund & Return Policy explains how returns, replacements, and refunds are handled.
1. Eligibility for Returns
A product is eligible for return or replacement if:
- It is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery
- You notify us within 7 days of receiving the product
- The product is unused, in original condition, and has all tags and packaging intact
Items not eligible for return:
- Used or worn products
- Items without original packaging or missing accessories
- Clearance or special-discount items (unless defective)
2. Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Share the order ID, product details, and images of the issue
- Our team will verify the request within 24–48 hours
- A pickup will be arranged if the return is approved
3. Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected:
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days
- Refunds will be issued in the original payment method or wallet credit (if selected)
Refunds may be rejected if:
- The product is returned in used or damaged condition
- Return guidelines were not followed
4. Replacement Policy
A replacement will be issued if:
- The product is found defective or damaged
- The same item is available in stock
If the item is out of stock, you may choose:
- A refund
- An alternative product of equal value
5. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible, but you may request a return after delivery.
