At Khaarido, customer satisfaction is our priority. This Refund & Return Policy explains how returns, replacements, and refunds are handled.


1. Eligibility for Returns

A product is eligible for return or replacement if:

  • It is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery
  • You notify us within 7 days of receiving the product
  • The product is unused, in original condition, and has all tags and packaging intact

Items not eligible for return:

  • Used or worn products
  • Items without original packaging or missing accessories
  • Clearance or special-discount items (unless defective)

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Share the order ID, product details, and images of the issue
  3. Our team will verify the request within 24–48 hours
  4. A pickup will be arranged if the return is approved

3. Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days
  • Refunds will be issued in the original payment method or wallet credit (if selected)

Refunds may be rejected if:

  • The product is returned in used or damaged condition
  • Return guidelines were not followed

4. Replacement Policy

A replacement will be issued if:

  • The product is found defective or damaged
  • The same item is available in stock

If the item is out of stock, you may choose:

  • A refund
  • An alternative product of equal value

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible, but you may request a return after delivery.
